1. Acceptance

By using SiteRoast (“the Service”) you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Questions? Email hello@siteroast.com.

2. What SiteRoast does

SiteRoast is an AI-powered website audit tool. You submit a URL, we crawl it, run performance and SEO checks, and generate a plain-English report using AI. Reports are informational only — we make no guarantee that following our recommendations will improve your search rankings or business results.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
  • One person or business entity per account. You may not share accounts.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Submit URLs you do not own or do not have permission to audit.
  • Use the Service to audit websites for the purpose of attacking, scraping, or harming them.
  • Attempt to circumvent scan limits (e.g. creating multiple accounts, rotating IPs to avoid rate limits).
  • Resell, sublicense, or white-label the Service without an Agency plan.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the AI prompts or audit methodology.
  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws.

5. Plans and billing

Free plan

1 anonymous scan with no account. Up to 3 scans lifetime with a free account. No payment required.

Pro — $19/month

Unlimited scans, PDF export, weekly monitoring, and competitor comparison. Billed monthly via Stripe. Cancel anytime; your plan remains active until the end of the billing period.

Agency — $49/month

Everything in Pro plus client management, bulk scans, and white-label reports. Same billing and cancellation terms as Pro.

Refunds

We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first payment if you are not satisfied. Email hello@siteroast.com. After 7 days, payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Intellectual property

The SiteRoast platform, branding, and code are owned by us. The audit reports we generate for you are yours to use however you like. By submitting a URL you confirm you have the right to submit it.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Audit reports are generated by AI and may contain errors or omissions. We do not guarantee that our recommendations will improve SEO rankings, page speed, or business outcomes. Use reports as one input among many — not as a substitute for professional advice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SiteRoast’s total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by emailing hello@siteroast.com. On termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the applicable federal or state courts of the United States.
